Support Us

At Holy Well Glass, we are passionate about passing on endangered craft skills to younger generations.

Over three decades, the company has consistently provided more training opportunities than any other organisation in the sector. We are currently the only stained-glass company in the UK to employ apprentices and regularly host placements for students of The King’s Foundation, The Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings, and for local schools.

The premises of Holy Well Glass in Somerset would gladden the heart of William Morris: a marriage of ancient buildings and traditional craft keeping medieval skills alive    –      Mary Miers for Country Life magazine.

With stained glass placed on the ‘red list’ of critically endangered crafts, it is now more important than ever before that this continues. We are dedicated to maintaining a high standard of training, and endeavor to continue providing as much opportunity and work-place experience as possible, for future generations. To continue in offering this provision, we ask for your help:
